These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at outcomeai.io, operated by OutcomeAI LLC ("OutcomeAI," "we," "us," or "our"). Read them before using the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

01Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using outcomeai.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use this site.

02What These Terms Cover

These Terms cover the website only — the pages, text, graphics, and scheduling functionality served at outcomeai.io.

03The Site Is Informational

OutcomeAI is pre-product and in customer discovery. The site describes what we are building, who we are building it for, and how we intend it to work. It is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, security, compliance, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on it as the basis for a security, architecture, or compliance decision without independent verification appropriate to your environment.

References to standards such as SOC 2, SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or CIS describe the compliance contexts our customers operate in and the design intent of the product. They are not a certification, attestation, endorsement, or guarantee that any product or your use of it will satisfy an audit or regulatory requirement.

04Pricing Information

Prices and tiers shown on the site are an indicative pricing hypothesis, not an offer capable of acceptance and not a binding quote. They may change at any time without notice. Actual pricing, scope, volume limits, and terms are set in a signed agreement following a scoping conversation. Third-party costs, including AI inference and cloud infrastructure, are passed through as described in that agreement.

05Forward-Looking Statements

Descriptions of product capability, roadmap, integrations, timelines, and availability are statements of current intent about software that is still being designed. They are not commitments or warranties. Features may change materially or may never ship. Nothing on this site creates an obligation to develop, release, or maintain any functionality.

06Booking a Conversation

You may request a conversation using the booking link, which takes you to our scheduling page on Calendly and is subject to Calendly's own terms. When you book:

• You agree to provide accurate information, and not to book on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• Either party may reschedule or cancel. Booking creates no contract, no purchase obligation, and no commitment by either side beyond attending, or not attending, a conversation.
• Do not share confidential information. Unless we have signed a written non-disclosure agreement covering the discussion, information you share is not treated as confidential. Please do not disclose credentials, access keys, security vulnerabilities, non-public architecture details, or third-party confidential information.
• We may take notes for product research. We do not record calls without telling you and obtaining your agreement first.
• Repeated no-shows or abusive conduct may result in us declining future bookings.

07Feedback

If you give us feedback, suggestions, problem descriptions, or ideas about the product — in a conversation, by email, or otherwise — you grant OutcomeAI a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, incorporate, and commercialize that feedback without restriction, attribution, or compensation. This license covers the feedback itself. It does not grant us any rights in your confidential information, your intellectual property, or your data, and it does not permit us to identify you or your employer publicly without your permission.

08Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system; probe, scan, or test its vulnerability without our prior written permission; or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by denial-of-service attack or by imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or contact information except as a well-behaved search engine crawler obeying robots.txt.
• Use content from this site to train a machine learning model without our prior written permission.
• Submit false booking requests, spam, malware, or content that infringes another party's rights.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

We may block access, refuse service, or remove content at our discretion, including for suspected violation of this section. Authorized security research is welcome — contact us first at the address in Section 18 and we will agree scope in writing.

09Intellectual Property

The site and its contents — text, layout, design, graphics, code, and the arrangement of all of it — are owned by OutcomeAI LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "OutcomeAI" and the OutcomeAI logo are our trademarks. Third-party names and marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written consent. Third-party components used on this site — including Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons, and the DM Sans and Sora typefaces — remain subject to their own open source licenses.

10Third-Party Services and Links

The site loads resources from and links to third parties, including Cloudflare, Google, Calendly, LinkedIn, Credly, and Credential.net. We do not control those services, are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices, and do not endorse them by linking to them. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's terms and privacy policy.

11AI-Generated Output

The OutcomeAI product is designed to generate draft infrastructure-as-code templates using AI models. Where you encounter such output — through the product, a demonstration, or any material we share — understand that AI-generated output can be incomplete, insecure, or wrong, and must be reviewed by a qualified engineer before it is applied to any environment. The permanent human review gate described on this site exists for exactly that reason.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any infrastructure change in your own environment, and for the consequences of deploying it. OutcomeAI makes no warranty that generated output is correct, secure, complete, or compliant with any standard.

12Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTCOMEAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CURRENCY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTCOMEAI LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These limits apply to the website. Liability arising under a separate signed services agreement is governed by that agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OutcomeAI LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. We will notify you of any such claim and may participate in its defense with counsel of our choosing at our own expense.

15Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hartford, Connecticut, and you and OutcomeAI each consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Before filing, please contact us — most issues can be resolved directly, and we ask that you give us 30 days to try.

Each party waives any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action arising out of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

16Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the business develops. Revisions take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.

17General Provisions

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and OutcomeAI regarding the site, superseding any prior understanding on that subject.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• No agency. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
• Survival. Sections 7, 9, and 11 through 17 survive termination of your use of the site.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
